Cookie was my first dog. He was a gift from my Aunt Elinor in Buffalo, New York. He arrived in a cardboard box on the Empire State train (New York Railroad System. My mother was most unhappy.
I used to dress Cookie up in doll clothes and I taught him to climb a ladder.

Cookie was born January 6, 1946. I think he died in 1958.
